Install on your VPS
Run the installer on your Windows VPS. It sets the monitor up as a Windows service and walks you through choosing your alert channels.
Activate your key
After purchase, your licence key arrives by email. Enter it in the installer and the features for your tier switch on.
Get alerts
Set your thresholds. When a metric stays past its limit, you're alerted on the channels you chose, and again when it recovers.
See it run: dashboard, alerts and installer.

What you should know before you buy.
Runs on your own VPS
The monitor and its dashboard run on your machine. No cloud account is needed to see your metrics. The dashboard isn't reachable from outside the machine — no inbound firewall rules are needed for it.
Four dashboard views
Solo shows the default bar-card view. Trader and Professional add Dial, LED and Candlestick (OHLC) styles, switchable live.
Licence key activation
Your licence key is emailed after purchase. Enter it in the installer to activate.
Manage it yourself
Move a licence to a new VPS, or change and cancel an auto-renew subscription, from the self-service pages. No support ticket needed.
You choose how to pay
Pay once and nothing auto-charges. Or choose auto-renew and cancel any time. It's your call at checkout.
Refunds
If the software doesn't function as documented on your hardware and we can't resolve it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Not available for change of mind after a successful install.

The short answers.
Will it slow down my trading?
It's designed to stay out of the way. The monitor runs at below-normal priority with a light polling loop, so it doesn't compete with your terminals for resources.
What if the whole VPS goes offline?
The monitor runs on the VPS, so it can't send an alert if the machine is powered off or has lost all connectivity. Regular heartbeat messages tell you it's still running, so if they stop arriving you know to check. It doesn't replace your hosting provider's own status monitoring.
Does it restart MetaTrader if it crashes?
On Trader and Professional you can choose alert-only or alert-and-restart for each terminal. Solo alerts you but has no process watch or restart.
Which platforms does it support?
Windows VPS or PC, with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
What counts as a machine?
One Windows VPS or PC running the monitor. Solo covers one, Trader two and Professional five at a time. If you retire a server, deactivate it to free the slot.
Pay once or auto-renew: what's the difference?
Same price either way. A pay-once licence simply expires at the end of its term and you renew when you're ready. Auto-renew charges the same term again until you cancel, which you can do from the subscription management link in your confirmation email.
Can it guarantee my EA keeps running or my trades execute?
No. It's a monitoring tool: it tells you when something looks wrong. It doesn't trade, give financial advice, or guarantee uptime, alert delivery or results. Alerts also depend on your VPS, your internet connection and third-party services such as Telegram or Twilio.
How do refunds work?
If VPS System Monitor doesn't function as documented on your hardware and we can't resolve it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
